Arthur’s World

Arthurs-World---600px

Arthur is an OAP, hiding out from the world in his grotty council flat. He’d move – if it weren’t for his missing son. Today is Michael’s  birthday – will he finally come home? But the person Arthur finally lets in turns out to be someone else entirely. This boy is seeking refuge from The Fights – the raging riots sparked years ago by a notorious computer game. As reality floods Arthur’s tiny flat, he is forced to face facts – did the son he loves ever even exist? This ground breaking play was commissioned by the Bush as part of their ongoing commissioning and is produced by SPID in their Attic space. It is funded by Arts Council England, the Royal Victoria Hall Foundation, and the Esmee Fairbairn Foundation.

The sell-out run of Arthur’s World ran from Jan 27th – Feb 14th 2015 at The Bush Theatre,
